Can any touring bike nuts ID this? Thorn/Orbit/OBW

Think I'll likely buy this. Just in negotiations with the seller about couriering it to Manchester.
I'm not too fussed as it looks great but does anyone have any clues on what the frame might be? I thought Thorn or Orbit at first glance but the details don't match up.

Good chance it's a Thorn as the rear drop outs are usually the only part in most Thorns that are lugged.
