I’ve used both 3 and 5 pivot versions and have no problems - I still have 2 sets of Delta’s on my bikes and wouldn’t have any hesitation on using them on another suitable project. Correct setup is paramount on these Delta’s.
Like most 80s brakes they won’t be as light or give the same performance as modern alternatives but most potential buyers will already know this.
