Having had a good look around, these appear to be 1989 Centaur large flange hubs (see the catalogue in the gallery section) in a set of road sprints, can't find a set for sale anywhere so I'm guessing that if you're a Campag fan these could be right up your street and seldom seen?. May be worth buying and breaking them out?.
