as part of my job I have to check the Supply2.Gov website for business opportunities, (recruitment for me unfortunately) but I came across this today which will be a great opportunity for an enterprising person/shop/importer from the industry. The good thing is the ODA have a policy of using SME's, so there is a good chance that it won't just go to Madison.....

Perhaps Retrobike should become a Ltd company and tender ourselves? ;)

Re: Business opportunity for someone in the Cycle Industry..

Why is it that UK government communication is always written in "bollocks" rather than in English?

CLM is a consortia made up of...
1 consortium, 2 consortia. Grammatically poor bollocks, at that.

They basically are asking folks for tenders to kit out the Olympic Velodrome with gear and bikes?

I wish they'd bloody say so.............

But yes, RetroBIKE should step up, or even L G Fromage could make a few extra Skip Sweeps for them!

LONDON 2012- The Shonky Olympics!! :p
