Bronte country ride 20th sept

Re:

All done and dusted.

This ride was quite good. The singletrack, bridals and permissive routes were as good and enjoyable as anything i've done so far.
The two pains were the tarmac connective sections (quite long) and ropey signposting. maps were provided but not zoomed in enough to differentiate between "this left or that left" apart from that it's all for a good cause and a good experience. I'm sure i can cobble something of my own out of it ;)

I dare not stop too long for pics as kids were over-taking me....lol..early morning mist ruined what would be great scenic photos, you will get the idea with this below...

By the end of the ride, got me a medal and water bottle and realised the bike needed dry dock pretty fast. Both wheel rims needed tension and truing, headset was shakey and front hub cones needed nipping up a tad. AND, now i've decided that the saddle needs swapping for a more comfy item the one i had on was showing me who the 'daddy' was! will see what's on ebay later.
