I'm unable to work for the next 5 weeks. Being self-employed I haven't got any money coming in but I've still got some major bills to pay so need some cash...

All these items are (I think) priced to sell. More will be added soon.

No reasonable offer refused.

Thanks

Rich

Rock Shox Sektor 2013 150mm dual position coil fork, 15mm axle, straight 1 1/8th 200mm steerer. Travel can also be adjusted to 100mm for the ups or if you want to run them on a shorter travel frame.
In very good working order and good cosmetic condition. A very plush, simple to maintain fork. This model of fork is well-loved by quite a few people I know round here in Wales. The picture shows it with 2.2" 650b wheel in - which has enough clearance to be fine in all but the worst clag. £125 posted SOLD

Spooky Dirt Crab 4x jump frame made by Frank the Welder. In excellent structural condition but has quite a bit of paint damage on the drive chainstay where I pulled the protector off (because I put it on wonky). Only needs another protector applied and all would be covered up. Lovely low longish frame - great at the trail centres. Top tube measures 22" and the seat tube c-t is 14.5". £220 posted (was £600 new).

Pace RC506 6" travel frame with DT Swiss shock. Size small (16.5"). It's mechanically perfect and cosmetically very very good. There is just a bit of heelrub on the drive chainstay and a few small stone chips. I've mentioned it before, but due the suspension this frame climbs with no bob which makes it very good uphill as well as down. £240 posted (was £950 new). SOLD for £200

Magura Thor 2011 140mm 20mm axle fork in very good condition. Lovely fork and I'm loathed to get rid of it but if someone wants it then I'm happy to sell. Tapered steerer which is 175mm long. Will take a 650b wheel with up to an actual 2.2" 650b tyre (actual tyre volume varies depending on rim and tyre brand combinations). £120 posted. The fork is the one pictured on the Pace.

Marzocchi z1 bam 1998 bomber fork 100mm travel. 1 1/8th steerer which 193mm long. Mounts for rim and disc brakes. In good working order and reasonable cosmetic condition for age. Stanchions are clean. £60 posted. SOLD

There'll be more to come...

Sorry to hear your news mate, as a self-employed chap myself I know what a massive PITA illness & injury can be. GLWS.

Re:

Hi, interest in those bombers. So I guess second dibs on those if Mindmap3 choose to pass. Cheers!

Thanks chaps - it's sucking big time, especially since we also seem to have a beautiful Indian summer up our way.

The steerer on the bombers is 193mm long and axle to crown on the fork is 480 mm - if that helps at all

Not a good time given the nice weather but at least it's only five weeks.

Does the steerer bolt in or press in on the bombers? It's a tad short for my 'Dale but less of an issue if I can swap it out.

You're right - could have been worse.

Not too sure about swapping the steerer. Certainly you can unbolt the legs from the crown. Is there an easy way to tell?

There'll be a pair of pinch bolts at the back of the crown at the base of the steerer. Similar to the too of each leg.

Ok cool. Cheers for answering all of the questions, in that case I shall bow out and let xam1 have them.

Heal fast dude.
