BOTM eurovision song area group voting problems

What about making BOTM a 2 stage process as for voting.

All the contestents are voted for within each regional area. The AEC of each area then passes on his areas favourite to the final vote.

Example Regions A,B,C,D vote for Bike one and say regions E,F,G vote for Bike two and finally Bikes 3 and 4 only get a vote or two each thus Bike one wins. Difficult to do block voting when you've got to influence entire regions

we do tend to unite on french forum , but most of the people voting are already registered on retrobike . some of them post more , but language barriers can make it difficult .

and yes , we try not to enter too many bikes in same month .

a few years ago it got quite nasty with some american folks .
