Don’t want to offend anyone but why is it (after looking through whats happening in local area groups) everyone gets excited and jumpy uppy about big events like mayhem or malvern but hardly anyone is interested or willing to go to local area rides or do’s (we don’t do too bad in our area but could bd better but other areas seem totally dead ) ?

Maybe commitments, travel, family, all can get in the way. Dates may not be suitable for everyone at same time and if traveling then turning it into a weekend may be more worthwhile for some both financially and time wise, maybe :?

Besides the obvious of late what with restrictions etc, I live near Leicester and there’s not many places to ride that are really decent without travelling. I noticed the East Midlands section of the forum was also pretty dead.
Shame really, maybe I should move to the Peak District
