Best Caliper Brake Pads On Earth

What are the best side pull caliper brake pads known to mankind? Extra points if there is some kind of emerging technology involved, like multicompound, controversial ingredients, questionable sources, potentially alien.

Got brand new brake components everywhere here but the bike still wouldn't pass an MOT with brakes as fkin terrible as these are. You cannot lock a wheel up. There is no fear of endo-ing to death. It's unrideable.

Or - Can I use VBrake Pads? Ifnotwhynot?

There are plenty of good pads. Those calipers look pretty basic though, and the huge cable loops aren't helping so don't expect too much improvement
