BB identification help

I recently bought Team Marin from 1993, and I am unable to identify the BB that came with it. There are no manufacturer marks on it, it weights 168 g and the axle is 122mm wide. Bearings are marked EZO JAPAN 6903RS. Is it possible that it is titanium? Any ideas on manufacturer/model?

Titec Titanium would be the original. I think, they used a lot of Titec stuff.
But I cannot say for certain as I have nothing to compare it again, but search on that.
