Hi Elie,
refund sent, sincere apologies for the delay however the situation is not quite as you suggest.
you bought the frame beginning june, i then didnt hear from you until July 15th ish as to where i should send it. It sort of set the tone.
you contacted me around the beginning of August, i said havent sent it yet, you said good as you have another address.
We have communicated throughout, and as recently as tuesday i believe, i have apologised and offered you a refund .
anyway sincere apologies once again, it got boxed and sat waiting, holidays, illness, work, wife refusing to stay in for courier, all meant it got sidelined. but enough excuses sorry once again.
