Is it just the photos or is that a 24” wheel machine?

Those reflective strips bring back memories - they were given away at Texaco petrol stations as part of a road safety initiative in the ‘80s I think. If that bike has been in Bourne all its life they most certainly came from Raymond Mays garage! Every kid had them plastered on bikes, skateboards, coats and school bags!
