Dude. If I were you I would use the canvas one, get John to put it in his suitcase and teach him how to wrap up the lovely hush hush bike.

If you want cardboard and bubble wrap for him to take out there let me know.

Cheers mate. That could be the plan as it'll probably be far cheaper. Just a bit worried about it being chucked about on the plane in a canvas one :?

Thanks for all the offers guys but won't be needing it now as the sale has fallen through Had my hands on a M/L Yo Eddy through Fat Cogs that I hoped to get collected from the USA with help from family members but it's just not going to fall in to place. Bought another Orange Elite frame from here to cheer myself up.
