Probably gone by know, but I would like to know what it is as the dt cable routing is very strange

Its a road frame, it was fairly normal for a time to put a pair of cable stops there for use with Brifters as its as good a place as any

Looks very similar to a Saracen with those headtube cable stops

I've got a CAAD8 and and R500 frame with similar stops on the headtube, theyre not quite the size of those though
