Anyone ID this name. My brother said it was from a TdF in the 90's so possibly the UK stages.
Possibly Marc Madiot who rode for Deutsch Telekom then, however, the cap could have been a freebie thrown from the caravan, so the rider might not be a Telekom rider at all????
He met Indurain though, and I did wonder if the big loop on the right could be his signature, er... signature ellipse. Obviously messed up cos he's doing it quick on a cap, maybe?
