Another Viva Le Tour thread!

Following the '62 tour thread I thought I'd pass on this site that has LOADS of TdF film from the 40's to the 60's all in glorious Black and White. Feast your eyes on footage of all your heroes from Robic to Pingeon including the epic 1956 stage that put Walkowiak into the Maillot Jaune. All commentary is in French of course but you can still pick out the names etc.

In the 'rechercher' (search) panel put 'tour de france' and you are given a whole list of available films, all only a click away!

Speaking of old TdF footage, watched Pour Un Maillot Jaune at the weekend, as acquired by Dad from a charity shop for a pittance. Excellent stuff.
