Another help needed identifying a frame thread

Like it says in the title I could do with a little help identifying this frame I've picked up.

It came as a complete bike with a mix of parts:

Wolber rims on Mailard LF hubs (dated 1984)
Stronglight 3 ring crank
Stronglight headset
Cinelli bars and stem
No name alloy seat pin
Shimano Deore rear mech
Huret front mech
Shimano DT shifters
Shimano Canti's and Shimano 105 brake levers
English threads

The seat pin is 27.0mm
The fork ends are Suntour both ends

There's no numbers whatsoever I can see anywhere on the frame

It looks nicely made and I'm guessing it's made out of Columbus tubing of some sort.

I did wonder as it came from Ashford whether it's an early Ken James but it bears no resemblance to my mid 90's race frame and doesn't look a lot like my friends late 90's tourer either so I doubt it.

The cable guides under the BB are quite distinctive as is the seat post clamp.

If anyone has any ideas please shout

Chunky seat stay caps remind me of Nigel Dean?
Could be, yes the stay caps and the seat clamp do look right and from what I've just read they don't seem to have numbers on them.
