I ve got an alex rims wheel.set an the rear wheel is 135 bolt thru is it possible to convert it to 135 qr axle

Yes just buy the q/r axle, assuming no weird threads.

I'm sorry I misunderstood you, I thought you had a nutted axle. I should have looked at the pic! @benjabbi will know

Your best bet is one of these and a suitable skewer. Trying to find the correct hub end caps would probably be next to impossible.

That's if it's 12mm. If it's 10mm then this would do the trick.
