The crossover thing does ring a very vague bell (offroad, quick but not racing, maybe mudguards but not luggage). Very vague though.

Apologies for the delay,it has been a hectic few days.

Head tube length 9.5cm
Rear dropout spacing 130mm
Seat post size 25mm (as are all Alan dural frames)
Both down tube and seat tube bottle cage bosses

Random Man I have sent a Pm re a Road Alan frame I have has which would be your size and also has (it honestly is quite an unusual feature on an Alan ) mudguard bosses.

Old kit was after the Bottom Bracket
