Please forgive me if i've posted a couple of these before, I've no memory now (part age part RTA damage) but here are a few photographs I made and a link to the feature I wrote for a US magazine when I visited Middleburn a few years ago.

I thought they/ it might be of interest here. I know I liked my RS7s and 8s.

Thanks for looking.

G

Re:

Fantastic photographs, emotive writings...

Delve deeper on his website - find Hope, Royce, Tune.

I wouldn't say I've wasted an hour reading, and immersing myself - more rekindled an appreciation of the time, effort and skill that goes into making the objects of our desires. A welcome distraction from looking out of the window at the shades of grey hills - wondering when we'll get to ride them again (curse you weather and Covid-19).

Thank you Augustus!

Hugely appreciated. It's just great to have these glimpses back into people crafting carefully the things which make the extraordinary bikes which we ride. Hope has goes from strength to strength, and it's such a shame that Middleburn lost its way.

Thanks for the kind words folks.

I've been fortunate to work with the cycling industry, you make friends out of subjects.

More to follow when i find them in my hard drives.

Absolutely loved the piece on Dario Pegoretti. I had the good fortune to interview Darren Crisp and the way he spoke so fondly of knowing Pegoretti is so warmly reflected in your piece. Bravo, sir.
