haha that is the set up i currently have saved on my eBay account, is it a clutched rear mech? and 10 speed?

Yar had it all saved on my eBay account too but in the end I got cassette and chain in halfords after price matching on a couple of websites - got £15 off their asking price between the two
the shifter, chainring and mech I got from gumtree and I just received a zee crankset and hope bash guard today from an RB member. Ebays good, but Retrobikes a goldmine if you're willing to wait and watch a bit

It cant quite tell if that's a narrow/wide chain ring, and do you have to run a clutched rear mech?

Yep, narrow wide raceface chain ring 34t.
You don't have to run clutched rear mech, but it means no chain guide needed if you do - unless your dropping off cliff faces Redbull style
