'90 Scott Boulder - project for 1st Polish retro meeting

I bought whole bike few months ago Equipment was not in good condition - looks like bike standing outside whole autumn and winter, but frame was OK, without corrosion

The plan was build this bike with whole Deore MT-62 groupset Unfortunately I didn't fint some parts... I replace missing parts, because build have to be finished in meeting time!
Now bike looking like in photos, but of course when I find a missing parts (MT-63 Ubrake, MT-62 rear hub, MT-62/3 brake levers) I'll replace them

My first ever mountain bike!

It was a choice between a 1991 Trek/Specialized/Kona, etc in the correct size or a heavily discounted Scott Boulder with a 22" frame.

If I still had it now I still wouldn't have grown in to it yet!

matt_bass, in early 90 I was dreaming about one year younger Scott Boulder... But mountain biking was at the begining in Poland, so I could only dreaming (not much good quality models in shops and very expensive if You were find something...)
Now situation is different and I can realise my dreams
