I can’t quite get my head around what these are off, but they may have been specced on the Street Stomper, or the Stumpy that came with a drop bar option? Anyway, high rise stem, probably Nitto made with integral brake hanger, 26.2 clamp and matching swept back, wide 26.2 Specialized branded bars. Fairly hefty and some fading as pictured but uncut and rare to find as a pair. Fits a standard 1” threaded headset (22.2 mm), 130 mm reach, 620 mm wide bars.
