Guerciotti Record (New)
This is my Guerciotti Record frameset, Columbus tubing, size 52cm ... Built up with a mixture of new and NOS components
Frame was 900 down to 300 at Planet X - but this size is out of stock.
Bought the frame a while ago but it was pink - so I decided to get it sprayed before building it up. Went to Armourtex and got sprayed up in Royal(?) Blue - Nice shiny gloss paint doesn't come across in the pics.
Curiously, Getting the frame blasted and painted has exposed some 'Coppi' pantographing on the BB - so maybe guerciotti bought a bunch of coppi frames BITD and branded them up. For this reason I haven't decaled the bike - buyer can choose.
So the build is as follows,
Dura Ace Headset
3T bar & Stem
Silver 'Power Ratchet' DT shifters
NOS Campagnolo athena chainset 42/52 & campy BB
Campagnolo Veloce Brakes
Shimano rs10 wheels (newest version) and schwalbe tan tyres
Carbon post (same as condor branded)
Cane Creek ScR-5 levers
Deda tape
9 speed cassette
105 (5700) rear mech.
Leader (Concor Style) saddle
No pedals
Everything is new - except the chain which saw 4 days commuting on my other bike.. and was perhaps a little over-lubed.
Classic lugged bike - racey geo - looks great!
