What/who made that spacer for the crown-to-steer tube? Do ypu have more pictures of this part specifically?

This setup you're selling I am not interesting but am attempting to do the same thing with the Ultimate Machine crown I bought from you.

It's the original fit by Ultimate Machine. They sold crowns with and without steerer. I will check tomorrow if it is a one-piece design or shim/spacer

The steerer is also 1-1/4"? If so I'll take it if you'll ship across the pond. I don't really need the cap if you want to save that for someone else.
