27" Polished alloy Rigida rims and 27x1 1/4 Gumwall tyres

Brand new, unused rims 36 hole, never been built up. The polish on these is so good they almost pass as chrome steel rims. The rims are safely bubblewrapped and the photo shows another pair built up so no, the spokes are not included.
Tyres are new unused too.

No idea. They are just called rigida polished alloy rims. One of the nice things about them is they are without any labels so no modern graphics to get rid of.

They are 22mm wide.
