Wanted 26" air fork, QR & v-brake compatible

Hi. I'm looking to upgrade my 10 year old daughter's forks on an old Specialized Hard Rock. It currently has the original Suntour fork which must be 10 years old at least and the elastomers and lockout have seen much better days.

Replacement needs to be:
26" wheel
QR dropouts
V-brake compatible
1 1/8th steerer
Preferably air spring to accommodate a light weight rider.

If anyone has something at a reasonable price I would be extremely grateful.
