These Tange frames were factory powder coated - most of the paintwork is real solid with only a few faint signs of paint worms on rear stays (shown in photos)
The stem and bars are definitely worse for wear and could do with either a full strip and polish or re-paint.
Cool Internal rear brake cable through the top tube feature and front position seat post binder lever.
Definitly a great bombproof frame for a project!
29.4mm seatpost ( big enough for a dropper post with a shim)
Original Tioga Avenger oversize headset (not original lock-nut), original stem(150mm), bars (55cm) seat post binder seatpost (29.4mm) all included.
Custom decals easily removed.
