I'm still interested to see some empirical evidence that Bailey had anything to do with these.

Really what do you want, I have told you where to go if you wish to read Larry Ruble posts among other people who worked for him and RM sticking the other frames together.
I asked the question and a short while later I was lucky to have Larry reply and chat.
I used the picture with the white wheel just to grab interest (oddly it did!) so thanks for that picture.
It was quite lucky that it happened to be the original one.

This must be the best color for Rocky Mountain bikes ever. Sadly they don't do this anymore.
