Came to me practically unridden, still with nubs on the original Tioga Psycho tires. Switched out the stem and bars, switched to 1x7 (original cassette plus Microshift Advent 1x9 derailleur and shifter). Kept wheels, BB, frame, seatpost. The rest is parts bin or Amazon's finest Chinesium, apart from the Billy Bonker tires. I originally put some red pedals on it but they looked like clown shoes and it turns out it's FAST AS HECK so I switched to SPDs. These are typically built up as cafe cruisers or grocery getters, which was my original intentions, but with the shorter stem (the original was super stretched out) and the short chainstays, it's an absolute blast to ride, and I let it be what it wanted.
