you have done an awesome job. brings a tear to my eye.
reminds me of mine when i first got it. far cry from the pile in the corner of my basement now.
really would like to get some of those elastomers and get it on the road
again but i have since replaced it with an 856.
out of sentiment i can't part with it. even in it's sad state.

Very cool. I liked the simplicity of the Proflex suspension design BITD - I was not happy with my early Specialized take on the Rock Shock and thought that the Proflex or a Cannondale with the fatty headshock might be the way to go. I've tended to shy away from elastomers after my friend's experience with the Halston Inversion fork.
