Hi Grey-beard! Its in the title mate, £495, will add to description

Thank you, its my dads, hes trying to sell quick as he wants a new crankset for his road bike, the loser :)

Really sorry to say this but I don't think that is an aluminium elite.....they never had down tubes of that size. They also have a step in the seatstay to dropout interface. Chainstays also aren't the O/Elite shape. That being said it is nice and probably came out of the same factory, A-Pro

Hi bud, i sent it to orange and the said its a prototype model from 91, feel free to send the pics to them for confirmation :)

Don't think it is, I knew a couple of guys who used to ride some of the prototypes back then, but who am I to say.....the fact it has a Marin seat post and looks exactly like a Marin Rocky Ridge kinda says to me it is a Marin. Those are pretty sought after so it's not like it's a Halfords bike.

Hope you don't mind me using your post Paddlingpool!

The marin seatpost was added by my dad, it doesnt have an changeable mech hanger on the back like your picture, the drop out is also different, it has the typical orange style 3 cable mounts along top tube, it has the orange serial on the BB shell that they verified as to what i said above, would you mind, politely moving on please and stop sabotaging my post? i will have to dig the email out but its something to do with a collaboration from A PRO. But who am i to say......

I am not sabotaging your post.....it is not an Elite, end of....a prototype maybe so you are mis-selling. Perhaps post the email from Orange so people know it is genuine then. Anyway I haven't got time for this rubbish!
