Hi, I had a similar cadex in the purple colour, regret selling it if I'm honest. I had it built up a few ways, once with an 80mm Sid in red, another with a pace fork, also 80mm. Both were great in terms of fork and riding, guess I'm saying you could run an 80mm fork and it will be fine.
I do have a manitou FS ti in red that would look great on your bike. My sale thread is below.
It's a really tidy retro fork, I've had it apart and given it a bit of a service, it's in vgc and fully working.

These are probably the nicest condition retro forks I've had my hand on in a long time. Bought for a project I'm no longer going ahead with so looking to find them a new home. 1 1/8 ahead steerer, 180mn long. Condition wise they are in extremely good shape. Very few minor marks to the paint...
