Tange prestige bilateral concept. 21" top tube. For 26" Wheel. Doesn't look to have had much use. There are a few marks, paint is a lovely purple.

Tange Prestige or not that's a very optimistic price for a nondescript me-too brand f&f in a small size. It's like when early Kia's boasted Porsche developed gearboxes - yeah, but so what it's a Kia...or like when Vauxhall got Lotus to work on the Carlton...err, wait a sec...I'll get my coat.

This might be the one that was for sale in Bishop's Stortford for ages last year as a complete bike, eventually selling for less than this

That's one of mine. Price was a bit of a stab in the dark. I can certainly do it cheaper without ebay fees.

Got it as a f&f from its first owner in Dorset. Don't think it's been used much the paint is nice.
