1991 GT Cyclone

I bought my GT Cyclone in November 1991. I've put 10s of thousands of miles on it. I still love it. Years later I bought a GT Avalanche, it's a good bike, but doesn't ride like the Cyclone. I'm putting a group together to ride the Camino in two years from now. We're going to take a training ride on the Great Allegheny Passage next spring, and I'm concerned that my beloved Cyclone won't be up for the Camino. Question: when do you hang up the bike for good? Is it when the cranks fall out of the barrel? How many miles can I get? I love this bike...

Loving that! I also thought it was called 'Psyclone', but read on to be proved wrong. I had an Avalanche in 92 & remember drooling over the Psyclone frame. Great to see a lot of original GT parts on there, even the grips :-O

Great bike.
