20" centre to centre seat tube and 22.5" centre centre top tube

Fit wise depends how you build it! Probably the equivalent of a modern large bike, but may suit shorter person with a short stem

130 rear spacing, but steel frames are generally fine to stick 135 straight in

Ah too bad, my wee 97 stumpjumper has a 23" top tube.

They just had big seat tubes back in the 80s and horizontal top tubes.
