MX20 and MX30 were earlier but they were 20” bikes for children. Vélover was 24” wheel for adult

I have found those pictures of a Velover race : it was in the “Jeu sans frontières” (games without frontier) television game
See they opted for less crazy hadlebars for those comedy races.....
What a cool bike. I had a weird Kawazaki full sus BMX thing for a while in the early 80's that also sapped all your forward momentum, but was fun on the 'ups and downs' in the woods after school.
