Its a 19" but i was a 19" BITD and now my most ridden bike is my 18" Kona HOT TET. You may get away with it

So is that a 19" centre of bottom bracket to top of the seat tube? Or top of the bottom bracket shell to top of seat tube. Am I correct in thinking the earlier Kona's were measured differently?

Ooh not sure about that, right or wrong i measured center of bb to top of seat tube.
