My understanding is that only Dean made Dean...first time I have seen that sticker, don't know if it is original but left it on

Sandvik made the tubing, TiSports made the frame, they made frames for a lot of other bike brands including the titanium Konas.

Right, those bullet stays are one of the marks of a TiSports made frame. Their welds are top notch, by the way.

Yes, I believe Dean made their own Ti frames in a few years, but most were made by TiSports/Sandvik, who also made Ti frames for Bontrager, Marin, DBR, Kona, and probably a couple more.
