Drat - just sold a couple of Hope ti BBs - I asked 45 each but they now seem to going for silly money:

Although that one is Italian thread. But they do come up quite regularly, and if you use enduro double-seal bearings in them, then they last forever.
Again, not very useful for me to go on about things which have just sold...but a search produced this:

Installed with plenty of anti-seize they just last and last and allow adjustable chain line.
