Possibly a Bontrager/Titec Ti handlebar by the look of it.

Thanks for making me think there was a Kona model named 'Lewisham' , put me in mind of the 1989 GT Wabznasm, that did.

I picked this one up last night. @retrobate was correct about the ti bars although someone has got a little carried away when tightening the bar ends at some point. I mainly wanted it for the stem and forks for my 90 Cindercone but now I'm intrigued which model it actually is. I think this is a 1990 because no U brake but still 1" head tube. Any Kona experts able to tell from the serial number - F9045207. May or may not be anything but a single rack mount on the drive side drop out and 2 mounts on the NDS. If it's a 90 Cindercone then I will respray this one and use the existing one as reference. Cranks and wheels are pretty much junk but the price I was happy with just the forks and anything else is a bonus.

Here's a few pics in the hope someone knows what it is. Tt and downtube seem quite 'pingy' so my guess is a 1990 Cindercone or Lavadome.
