For Sale £15 Claud Butler Pagan project bike

I have to accept my kids don't like cycling let alone retro bikes so I need to clear out projects i bought to do up and for them to ride. This is the first.
Complete apart from chain
I just checked the seatpost and stem, both are moving
Shifters need unsticking (it might be thf cables that are stuck?)
Cash on Collection from Farnborough, Hampshire if anyone is interested.
