Ok, Good news I got the uppers away from the lowers. However now I'm trying to put them back together again and its getting stuck half way. Looking inside I can see another bushing. Any ideas on how to get the stancions past its? Cheers, Andrew

Thanks fella, Had another go tonight and hit them a bit harder. It worked! Just have to clean them up and put them back together.
