Frame measurements:
19" inch seat-tube (measured from center of bottom bracket to top of seat-tube).
23" inch top-tube (measured from center of seat-tube to center of head-tube).

The thin-walled and oversized frame tubing is made of TitanAL, which is a proprietary aluminum alloy (containing 0.25% titanium) created by AMAG in Austria.
Original paintwork was done by Bicycle Specialties in Seattle, WA (USA). The pearlescent/iridescent paintjob has a chromatic/chameleon like effect.
The cast aluminum lugs/joints were made by Gally Metalworks in the USA, and are anodized gunmetal grey.
Frame was assembled circa 1990's, in an unknown location, but most likely somewhere in Europe.
The frame takes 29.4mm seatposts (requires a binder bolt), and is compatible with 1-1/8" headsets/cups.
