The removal of the Ritcheys has made things a wee bit easier....down to three now.

You would think with less bikes it would be easier to pick a winner, but it's not! :-)

Love Archemist's 1988 Muddy Fox Courier, and the IBIS is very special. but in the end I had to go with chusma's 1982 Specialized Stumpjumper. if I could only have one it would be that, which is strange because I'm not a big fan of Specialized in general.

Good luck to all.

Simon.

Tough choice. IMO every bike in the list has it's issues , and that's even without taking the lack of Shimano parts into account.

The Bridgestone gets my vote.

Took a little while but both my daughter and i went for Jonnyboy's Muddy Fox :D

I have to say that that photo doesn't do the green paint justice, it's blindingly bright 8)

It sticks in my throat because I do try not to like them but the bike I'd most like to own is... the Klein, so that's how I voted.

Urgh, I feel dirty.

But since it has a mountain LX front mech I'm afraid I have to go for Archemist's beautiful 1988 Muddy Fox Courier, used to see these around back in the day and loved the colour scheme and white cranks
