2000 Judy Race advice

I've just received a rather tatty set of Rock Shox Judy Race forks through the post today and I need a couple of questions answering, if possible, from the experts on the forum. I've only ever owned a pair of Quadra 10's and the Sids' on my Trek, which I've never had to strip myself, so my knowledge is non existent.

1. Are these actually a 2000 model?
2. Are they easy to strip apart? The legs are in a very battered condition with bad scratches and bubbling paint. I'd like to strip them down and apply a new coat of paint with new stickers.
3. Presuming they are the 2000 model, are the following instructions correct for this fork?
4. The shaft bolts look odd, shouldn't one have a rebound adjuster of some sort?
5. Any general advice?

The adjuster will be a small allen key you put in the hole in the bolt at the bottom with the sticker
No idea on year, but modern so easily 2000+
SRAM have all the manuals on their website.
