the frames worth more than 200 on its own . if that was my size i would be bidding no danger.

yeah, I'd throw in a bid if it had braze on gear levers. Affraid I had enough of those old friction levers when I raced. Interesting to see what it makes though like you say
 
see what you mean i think these where a "frame only" build.
suspect you could spec your own gear . looks in good nick though
