It's 18" ctc, which is a M/L. The decals it has are not really decals, they are painted in, the guy who painted it is a perfection freak. I also have the full set of repro decals that Rody from Groovy did. It pain me to sell this, I was trying to get it back from London for years, now I've sorted it out and I have to get rid of it. The seat-tube is pretty much perfect too, only a year and a half of use on the frame, new fork, and it is one of a kind, did I mention the paintjob is better than the original?
