Anybody heard of Concept USA?

I have some bar ends that came with my Technium with this logo on them - they seem relatively well made and light-ish...

know anything about them?

I think that was the own brand components of Univega

There was a Concept USA fork for example. It is in fact an AMP with Concept decals

I think it is proper stuff

Their stems, bars etc looked pretty generic and alike many stuff from Tw factories. I think Univega has always been serious on quality and probably picked the right stuff from the big Tw supplier catalogues.
