Some of these were painted carbon. This is possibly one. Botch job of a build but frame looks straight.

From the look of the head lugs I'd say it was steel rather than carbon - seller reckons it's steel too. It has a few nice parts and could go cheap though so may be worth a punt.

the seller however seems to be unaware of what a full stop is in fact the advert has no punctuation whatsoever it makes it very hard to read he cant spell straight but can spell campagnolo one wonders where his priorities lie is this the standard of english being churned out of modern education i will write to my mp

Yes, the seller does indeed mention it was steel. I guess it probably is. Although specialized did do a painted lugged carbon frame which looked somewhat similar to this.

The advert is very poorly written. I struggle to read those ads.

It is indeed a steel frame. I recognize the nice fastback seatstays.
